If you&#039;re going to audition for a film comedy, then do a film comedy piece, if you&#039;re auditioning for a serious tv drama, then choose a piece from a serious tv drama.  Imagine they&#039;ve seen it all before, as Ann McManus of Waterloo Road said last week &#039;It&#039;s all in the delivery&#039;.</description>

If your asked to do a monologue for an audition would you say its better to prepare a monologue that is similar to the play/film or is it better to have something maybe more unique that a casting director may have not seen that day?</description>
